Don't do it

Manangement is shady and dishonest. I could write for hours about how unhelpful and incompetent the staff is, but just head my warning and find somewhere else

In over their heads

The new apartment managers are nice but they seem to have way more work on their hands than they were prepared for. The apartments were renovated cheaply, leaving WAY too many issues to solve through maintenance requests. Feels like I am paying them to renovate their own apartment.

The jury is still out

This is a little hidden gem however the jury is still out for the full review. The complex is going through a remodeling phase with the roofs, pools, and other additions. I’ll update once all those those things are completed. Nice not having upstairs neighbors. Quiet so far.

Easy application process!

The ladies in the office are so pleasant and their mood is just a plus! Miss Joyce was so funny and the fact that she sings her words is a bonus! They made the move in process so easy and were very helpful!
