The District Apartments

I only been here a few months, and I see roaches everyday. I told them 2 days in about it and all they said was you don’t know how your neighbors live. I’ve tried almost everything u can think of and nothings has worked.

Had the ac broken for about 2 weeks in July and couldn’t get a reach of maintenance. First month of me moving in maintenance came unannounced 3 times. Dish washer never worked, lights were messed up, microwave randomly stopped working, floors were uneven. All the doors were very old looking. Walls were very thin so you could hear your neighbors doing EVERYTHING. Charge $25 for valet trash pickup but they’re very picky about what they can and can’t throw away. The apartment is really neat, everything is new and has a very quiet environment. I haven’t had any problems thus far and hoping not

So far I’ve had a great experience. Sierra has done a wonderful job providing me with all the information and help i need. The apartments are beautiful and clean. Security is amazing.

Brittney was very professional and helpful I was very comfortable with her being my leasing agent
