He is licensed for 38 years and started his business in Pleasanton, California, with offices both there, and in the Nashville area, for three years (2004-2007) while transitioning into Tennessee. Group Realtors, LLC, is a full service real estate company. Matt Clausen and his staff have been helping families buy, sell, invest, and build homes, rentals and commercial properties. Matt shared his dad’s passion for contracting and worked in construction during high school summers, through college and beyond for a few years, until he met his sister’s father-in-law, who introduced him to real estate. Three months later, he was working full-time in residential and commercial. Whether a first-time buyer or tenured investor, Matt has the experience and knows the conversations.
