Old, worn out, poorly maintained and even more poorly managed apartments. Management claims mistakes when they repeatedly gain unauthorized and unannounced entry into apartments and even allow independent contractors to gain unauthorized entry into apartments. You, your spouse, your children… nobody is safe from intrusion in their own home. Trash overflows into the parking lot and management does nothing about it. Huge gaps in doors allow bugs to inundate the apartments and mold grows freely... in cabinet voids. Avoid these apartments and their poor management at all costs! Read More

I lived at Farmington Gates for almost seven years only recently moving because we bought a house. The complex was renovated while we lived there, and is a great place to live in Germantown. I loved the location - right near every main road, restaurants, shopping. It is in the Farmington Elementary School district, which is a wonderful school. Houston Middle and High are the next steps. While there aren't many amenities for the price (pool is the only one to note for my family), if you are... simply wanting a safe, well-kept place to live, this is the one. Amazing staff. Apartments redone last year. Excellent school district.

I lived here for 5 years and when I was preparing to move, I had two months left on my lease. The policy is you have to pay a fee and 1 months rent to leave early. That was fine, I cleaned my apartment top to bottom and they still refuse to even go back and look at my apartment. They not only kept my deposit but they are charging $1000 for carpet. Only 40% of the 1100 square ft was carpet. Come on now. Please pick another place to live. It may be cheap but they get you at the end.
