Great Move-in Experience

Dateria has been amazing along with all staff. along with our apartment very renovated and clean when i moved in. Great community and area (walking distance to a Mexican grocery store, Dollar general and Walgreens) Amenities are wonderful and the staff communication was amazing. Overall an amazing move-in experience

So so so helpful

Genuinely the nicest and most helpful people.

Jamie went above and beyond to help my family move in completely last minute.

The complex is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The apartment itself is very nice with granite counter tops, new carpet, new appliances, and walk in closets. Lots of storage space available. They also have security cameras all around the complex to help keep things safe.

Overall this has been the best apartment experience I've had. Highly recommend for people looking to... move to the memphis area.

I love The Arbors

I love arbors I have been here for about 3 years. When I go in the office Portia, Shanteil, Dateria, and Jamie always are nice and helpful. Since Jamie has been here the property looks better with the new upgrades. They have a forever resident from me.

Love the staff!

The staff is very accommodating and helpful ALWAYS . But, the trash is always over flowing with huge rats. Most apartments have roaches. The inside is very outdated but they are working on renovations.
