The Staff Abigail is great. She helped me move my luggage and ordered items to the apartment. I really appreciate it. But the pest control needs to approve. And the apartment is older than the model one.

I have dogs that live with me and I was a little worried about how accessible it would be to have them with me. Since being here for two months, I have come to realize that this place is awesome when it comes to that. It is very pet friendly, super walkable (great views), and lots of areas to help let out their energy.

My experience has been great so far. The community is nice and everyone is respectful of each other. The amenities are more than most other apartments offer. I especially like the valet trash pickup throughout the week.

Great experience! Love the location of Harbortown. Low to no crime -windows got busted on NYE, however, golf cart patrols all throughout the night now. Love the amenities of the pool
