Save yourself the money and ALL the headaches and steer clear! When I pulled up for a tour there was a puddle of vomit waiting in front of the office for me. The mail boxes are falling apart; some of them don’t even have doors so sometimes mail was blown across the parking lot. Sucks to be those people I guess. LANDLORD SPECIAL through the whole community! Gym is either barely open or barely functional. They removed the gate with keypad access and installed a sky cop to just take pictures of... the people who regularly walk through at night and break into vehicles I guess? I personally watched security just follow a man who had broken into my neighbors apartment for 20 minutes until MPD showed up so not sure what he’s for. NOTHING at this place makes sense and you will leave here worse for wear. I would LOVE to provide screenshots and photos and recordings, but unfortunately that isn’t an option here. Read More

Called the office 14 times no one answered as I watched the woman walk in and out of the office. She’s the one that told me to call inside because we couldn’t enter the office. Their service suck and has sucked since I moved in

You get 2 minutes of hot water so if you’re trying to have a hot relaxing bath! Ha! Jokes on you because they “ration” the hot water.

I keep hearing about all these apt. complexes and their problems. Never any here. Always same day service and if a leak or something they are there immediately. I've had several leaks from my own and upstairs apt. Of course usually in the middle of the night and on weekend. Night manager was here in less than an hour and leak stopped ASAP. Problem fixed in the morning. They have regular spraying for bugs and changes of filters. Security is great and if there has been any kind of a problem, they... notify everyone the next day by a notice on your door with instructions on what to do in an emergency. My air didn't work one hot summer day. Maintenance came within a half hour, determined they couldn't fix it, called their professionals ( who must be on retainer),, i ended up with a new air conditioner the same day. I read horror stories about good places that went all summer without air because they couldn't get it fixed. Anyone that comes to pick me up, always comment on how well the grounds are kept and how pretty the complex looks. I have owned my own home and couldn't get the service we get here. I've been very impressed with how the staff treated me from the minute I walked in the office the first time. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The couple of maintenance issues that I had at the beginning were taken care of VERY quickly with great communication about the status of the work. This is the happiest I've been since living in apartments.
