Parking Lot Issues, Street Noise
The area is not safe at night due to the homeless population, shootings, ect.
The parking lot has numerous problems to include ongoing construction, a broken gate , car break ins.
If the continually broken gate malfunctions you may be stuck in the parking lot, good luck.
The common areas are unfinished and have been for years.
DO NOT rent one of the apartments facing the street if you are a light sleeper the street noise is BAD. Cars revving at all hours of the night, occasional... screaming drunks or gunshots. I cannot stress enough how egregiously bad the street noise is. You have been warned. People doing doughnuts in the streets on a Sunday bad.
