Guests can also enjoy the garden area to lounge and relax with friends, as well as complimentary coffee and a community garden with a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]) are allowed for an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.
There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way!
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns).
