The primary bedroom boasts a California King bed and an en-suite covered balcony, while the second bedroom features a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The third bedroom, located on the lower level, includes two twin beds and offers complete privacy. A washer and dryer are available on the second floor, and the kitchen is equipped with all essential cookware. Linens, towels, and an initial supply of K-cups, toilet paper, and travel-size toiletries are provided. Baby amenities such as a tub, Pack and Play, and highchair are available in the master bedroom closet. Parking is free and available on the street directly in front of the house.

Exceeding the confirmed guest count will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to the house rules, which include these terms. While staying, ensure all doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. This is a home, not just a rental, and guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors. No parties are allowed, and low-key gatherings must be cleaned up after, with no decorations on walls and absolutely no glitter or confetti. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the credit card information.
