Although breakfast is not served, there is complimentary coffee, tea, and light snacks. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishware, and some spices, a drip coffee maker with beans and a grinder, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Parking is available for two cars only in front of the garage doors marked “F”. Please respect the neighbors and do not park in front of their garages. Dogs are welcome with specific rules: up to two dogs under 50lbs are allowed, they must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after them using the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should be crated if left alone inside.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The home is equipped with Ring cameras at the exterior entrances and a NoiseAware noise level indicator inside. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. An additional $10 per night per additional guest up to 12 guests maximum.
