Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. Dogs are only allowed, up to two under 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house and must be housebroken. Please remove any snow/ice/debris from the cover of the hot tub before attempting to open. Failure will do so may result in damages. Please make sure all doors are shut and locked when not in use and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street.
