The best!

I moved here from a different complex in Sylvan Park & have been so impressed! Arkeba was the best tour guide and genuinely will give you a realistic view on everything. I loved how you tour available units and all the sizes so you don't just get the view of a model unit. I had to do all the moving process alone so there were so many parts that stressed me out and were confusing but she helped me every step of the way & answered all my calls. She still checks in on me to make sure everything is... going well! I seriously love it here. No complex is perfect but this is definitely is one of the best in the west area. The apartment quality is great and has beautiful features. The gate and entrance system is easy, protected, but at the same time chill to where it's not annoying to have others visit and food delivery is a breeze. I've always felt safe here and the pet community is great!! It's been the best move so far.

Arkeba was GREAT!

Do you ever have a conversation with a stranger and minutues into it you both just click? That was the exact experience I had while touring with Arkeba at Livano Notions. Her attention to details and pleasant demeanor made all the difference in the world. Unfortunately I did not choose to lease at Livano Nations because it was slightly out of my budget. But even with that she was completely understanding and suggested other Livano communities that were in my budget. I just wanted to write this... review to give Arkeba all of her props for an amazing experience.

Saving Grace

Our second apartment in Nashville and we couldn’t be happier! From the start of our experience the team was so hands on to help us get exactly what we wanted. We’ve had tremendous support from the start and any questions or needs have been promptly met! The apartment alone is amazing with great appliances and it feels like our own little village! The amenities with the free coffee shop, amazing clubhouse/patio, gym, pool, and dog daycare makes its so worth our money. Maintenance in on site and... has come within a few hours with every request— few months into our first lease and have already decided we will be signing again!! Definitely recommend

Management

The management has done a great job with communication and their proactivness to update on the application process has been spot on. I know people that live here and love it! I look forward to building relationships with the awesome staff and moving into the new space soon!

Raw Sewage Intrusion

I moved here thinking this was a luxury apartment complex- but my experience has been terrible here. Raw sewage entered my bathtub several times without resolve or care. This complex needs to be investigated! A lot of strange activity!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take any concerns related to maintenance and resident safety very seriously, and we want to ensure that accurate information is reflected regarding this matter.

Our team has responded to each service request... related to this issue promptly. In addition to our on-site maintenance team addressing the concern multiple times, we also engaged licensed professional plumbers to inspect and evaluate the plumbing system to ensure there were no underlying system issues. During these visits, it was determined that non-flushable items, specifically wipes, were being introduced into the plumbing, which can cause blockages and backups even when labeled as “flushable.”

To help prevent further issues, we have provided guidance on proper disposal methods and continue to monitor the situation closely. The building’s plumbing infrastructure has been inspected and confirmed to be functioning as designed.

Livano Nations is committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents. If there are any ongoing concerns, we encourage the resident to continue working directly with the management office so we can assist promptly and effectively.
