GREAT!

I’ve had an excellent experience living here and would absolutely give this apartment community a 10/10. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are clean, and any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled promptly and professionally.

The office staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. The community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming, which has made living here very enjoyable. I also appreciate the convenient location and the effort management puts... into keeping the property looking great.

Overall, this has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.

My wife and I love it

This has by far been the best place we’ve lived in Nashville. The few 1 star reviews confuse me because we’ve lived here for a while and have only had an incredible experience. We often have friends come and say how jealous they are that we live here. Highly recommend!

New move-in

I have been here a little over a month and I absolutely love my new place. I have the top floor with a beautiful view. Maintenance team is responsive and the staff is very pleasant (Austin, Amanda, and Chloe). The property does community event which my girls and have attended and had a ball. We enjoy the pool and the gym is amazing. I enjoy the on site coffee for resident throughout the week as it’s been heaven sent especially on my busy days!!!

We were charged an insufficient notice fee even though we gave proper notice, simply because management failed to log our confirmed move-out date. They later claimed only written notice counts, despite a leasing agent assuring us it was taken care of. Communication was almost nonexistent, the issue lasted for months, and a quick look at the reviews shows this has happened to others. Learn from our experience and proceed with caution.

Also, complex is sketchy, dirty and unsafe. But, charges you... as though it's luxiry
