Living at Memoir Wedgewood-Houston has been an exceptional experience. The building is truly one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed communities in Nashville. Every detail feels intentional, from the architecture to the shared spaces, creating an environment that feels inspiring, warm, and genuinely like home. This was a great place to land following a cross-country move from LA to Nashville. Personally didn't have a huge issue with noise transfer. The building + amenities were always very clean and well kept. The sauna / cold plunge seemed to be out of service regularly, which was a selling point for many. However, the management team, especially Rachel, was always very helpful and responded to service requests very quickly! I am moving for more space and access to nature as the Wedgewood Houston... neighborhood is growing and full of construction nearby. Read More

Great building, but the building did recently take on a new management company. Coordinating my move has been chaotic under the new management, as there doesn’t seem to be much of a plan for transition.
