Move on

The rent varies greatly from month to month, with so many moving out that the trash is now 79.00 a month, including valet and community trash. Also, the maintenance is subpar. We have had trouble with the washer (still not fixed) and the kitchen light that constantly flickers and is still not fixed, just to mention a few.
