Dont Move!!! Renter Beware!!!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!! DONT MOVE IN!!!!!!!

Renter Beware!!!! Do not move into this apartment complex. I wished I listened to the bad reviews I read about this apartment. Everything is true. We lived in this apartment for a year, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Our AC broke a total of 7 times before management gave us a new unit. This happened during the prime days of summer. My utility bill doubled in cost during the times that the ac was broken. I would say we cooled down...
in the pool during that time but the pool was closed until 1st or 2nd week of August. So, we spent most of the summer miserably hot. They do add a bunch of expenses to your rent that they fail to mention. We paid for amenities that we didn't even get to use. My key card didn't work. But I guess I didn't need it since they never closed the gate. Not so much of a gated community. Also, they cherry on top. We decided to not resign our lease. So we told them that we will be moving out when our lease is up which is October 6th. They called us a month before we were scheduled to leave to ask us if we could get out of our apartment earlier than what our lease said. They requested us to move out by the 27th of September and if we could move out earlier than that, great. They are remodeling the entire complex. So, I said sure we could. They said they would prorate our rent to reflect for the days were not living there. So, we officially moved out on Sept 20th gave them the key. Now they are only prorating us from the 27th instead of the 20th. Please do not rent from this place. They do bad business.

The gas went out had to shower of family house for a few days the washer machine went out had to wash clothes at family house for a few days fixed the gas but had to cut off the connection to stove because of a fitting said they would come fix it but my stove has been off for over a week still can’t cook food. Just been a rocky for moth

Unnprofessional

Didn’t show up for the tour I scheduled online a week ago. No one ever answered the phone or the door when I was there. I waited 15 minutes and tried to open the door to the office and the handle was broke. Lots of reconstruction. Doesn’t look like pictures. Very disappointed.

I have lived at the jacks for two years now you really can’t beat the serenity and the be colic surroundings and the privacy of the complex and I love the fact that it’s off the street.
