Nothing but good experiences so far!
I’ve lived at Oak Chase for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The office staff is absolutely amazing — they’re always friendly, professional, and take care of things right away. Christa has really hit the ground running as the new property manager, handling everything with promptness and care. Alena at the front office is always welcoming and provides top-notch customer service every time I stop by.
Maintenance is just as impressive — Alfonso gets work orders... completed quickly and efficiently, and Jaziel does a fantastic job keeping the grounds spotless and well-maintained. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the community looking great.
My apartment itself is in excellent condition — modern, updated, and I’ve never had any issues. The amenities are well-kept, and I love that the property has a controlled access gate, which makes me feel extra secure.
Overall, Oak Chase is a wonderful place to live. I would 100% recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed community.
