Great Apartment Complex

I have lived at Oak Chase Apartments for many years now. Overall, it has been an amazing experience. Whenever I have a question or need anything the entire staff has been greatly helpful! I highly recommend Oak Chase to anyone looking for an apartment.

A Great Place to Call Home!

Great place to live! I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Oak Chase Apartments. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always professional. The property is well-kept, the amenities are nice, and the community has a great atmosphere.

The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and it’s been a very peaceful place to live with no noise issues. I also really appreciate the controlled-access gate, which provides an added sense of safety and peace of mind.

Overall, Oak Chase is a clean, comfortable, and... welcoming community. If you’re looking for a place to call home, I definitely recommend stopping by and taking a look—you may just find your next home here!

Nothing but good experiences so far!

I’ve lived at Oak Chase for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The office staff is absolutely amazing — they’re always friendly, professional, and take care of things right away. Christa has really hit the ground running as the new property manager, handling everything with promptness and care. Alena at the front office is always welcoming and provides top-notch customer service every time I stop by.

Maintenance is just as impressive — Alfonso gets work orders... completed quickly and efficiently, and Jaziel does a fantastic job keeping the grounds spotless and well-maintained. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the community looking great.

My apartment itself is in excellent condition — modern, updated, and I’ve never had any issues. The amenities are well-kept, and I love that the property has a controlled access gate, which makes me feel extra secure.

Overall, Oak Chase is a wonderful place to live. I would 100% recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed community.

Good Apartments

The apartments are good and quiet. One of the best on the block. They kind of stood apart from the others around. They have good management. Halena is the main reason I rented here and still live here. She put a lot of effort in getting to know what I needed and she’s still always curious about my stay here every time I come by the office.

Happy Renter

I moved in on March 2nd and it has been a good 2 months. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. It’s quiet here and I love my neighbors. My experience was great at the beginning of inquiring and all way up until now. Christa and the rest of the staff are GREAT!
