I hate the gates.

The gate system is just a data steal that tracks when you enter and leave, and you must have your phone with you to enter where you live.
Also management can be snarky with "Preferred" Apartments.
Location is the only thing that makes life bearable.

The gate system was implemented to help manage access to the community and reduce unauthorized entry onto... the property. The mobile-based entry feature was selected to provide residents with a convenient way to access the community using a device that many people regularly carry with them.

We understand that any change in access procedures can take time to adjust to, and we appreciate hearing different perspectives from our residents. Feedback like yours helps us evaluate our processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

I've been renting in Providence in the Park for about a year now, and since I've been in DFW this place has been a strong contender for the best experience I've had. Rent is a little on the price side for the size of the unit, but overall quality makes it worth it in my opinion. The office tram is are great, maintenance team awesome, and overall I am very pleased with Cortland and Providence in the Park. I would, and have, highly recommend them.

Solid 8/10. Not perfect but close as can be reasonable. Great office crew, and great maintenance (shoutout to Tone who fixed our sink). A little on the pricey side, but worth it imo. Only been here a couple of months, but I am very happy with the overall experience.
