It is a good community for the amenities they provide, but i wish it was more engaging, each block is very isolated almost feels like this is not a community, navigating through the community is tough, for such a big community wish there were indoor lounges which will be open till 11pm, but if someone is looking forward to lease this apartment please go with renovated they give offers to the classic apartments but they are below average

I moved into the apartment on December 30th, and on the very day of my move-in, the elevator was not functioning. Requested for a fix asap, as I had a moving pod containing furniture arriving from out of state within a few days. Since then, I have followed up multiple times, up to today, January 5th, and have had to repeatedly delay the delivery of my pod. The issue remains unresolved, and I am extremely disappointed at this point.
When I raised this concern with the leasing office, I was told... to carry upstairs using the stairs, which is not a reasonable or acceptable solution. In addition, the entry gates are disorganized and do not require any access for entry, which raises safety concerns. During our apartment tour, the elevator was working properly. Also, after moving in, the same day, we have submitted multiple maintenance requests, none of which have been addressed so far.
I expected a better standard of maintenance and responsiveness, especially at the start of a new lease.

I have been living at this community for awhile and I do love the location and how quiet the property is. Overall it has been a good experience, but I do wish you can start looking at redoing the courtyard in phase 3, it’s quite dark at night and the landscaping can use some sprucing.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants, close to shopping. and reasonable rates, responsive on maintenance requests, amenities are basic and not a plus.
