The best apartment complex I have ever lived in ! Incredibly friendly staff and maintenance stays on top of requests and does a good job 10/10

So far I’m loving it! It’s very peaceful, everyone seems nice, and I love seeing the dogs out for walks and people lounging around. I only knocked off a star for two reasons. First, I was supposed to move in next week, but the elevator in my building will be down for the next 10–12 weeks and I was not given any compensation for this change. Had I moved in on my original date, I could have been stuck moving up 3 flights of stairs or paying over $2,000 for movers. My options were to risk it with... the stairs or move in early and pay for an extra week I hadn’t planned for. I do think the early move-in fee (the week early) should have been waived. They did offer to move my unit and price match, but there were no similar units available. Also, I found out this morning while getting ready for work that my dryer isn’t working, which made me late trying to find another way to dry my clothes… and it was freezing outside, so wet clothes definitely weren’t an option and felt horrible on my skin?? Still getting settled in and had a little bit of headaches when moving in, but overall, the community has been great. The amenities are awesome and the location can’t be beat.

Great place to live with great amenities. Community is well maintained with nice maintenance services.
Highly recommended and I am living here for past 6 years.
