I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that these apartments are inexplicably one of the worst apartments I have ever lived. Their apartments are continuously down, when you call customer service ,mind you, they have a central line with people who don't even live here. They state that they will forward your call to the apartment complex. The complex is so embarrassed that they can't even call and justify their stupidity so they send an email. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If your case has ever been assigned to Maribel, RUN!!!

My move-in date is today and I submitted my application last Thursday. During the whole week before my move-in, my application has never been processed. I’ve tried to follow up by emailing Maribel, the PAC team (the new leasing management team), and made countless calls with the team but NO ONE responded and followed up my case. I had to cancel my plan to move (lost my deposit for the movers), and make last-minute... alternative housing arrangements at a higher cost due to the team’s negligence and failure to act.

When I talked to the team’s leader about my experience, she told me that the application system is manual, and they have to process a backlog of applications by humans during this transition period. Living at Legacy North has been a fantastic experience so far. The location in Plano is incredibly convenient, making the transition to a new city much smoother. The complex is well-maintained, and the amenities provide a great balance for both relaxation and productivity. The best apartment complex I have ever lived in ! Incredibly friendly staff and maintenance stays on top of requests and does a good job 10/10

So far I’m loving it! It’s very peaceful, everyone seems nice, and I love seeing the dogs out for walks and people lounging around. I only knocked off a star for two reasons. First, I was supposed to move in next week, but the elevator in my building will be down for the next 10–12 weeks and I was not given any compensation for this change. Had I moved in on my original date, I could have been stuck moving up 3 flights of stairs or paying over $2,000 for movers. My options were to risk it with... the stairs or move in early and pay for an extra week I hadn’t planned for. I do think the early move-in fee (the week early) should have been waived. They did offer to move my unit and price match, but there were no similar units available. Also, I found out this morning while getting ready for work that my dryer isn’t working, which made me late trying to find another way to dry my clothes… and it was freezing outside, so wet clothes definitely weren’t an option and felt horrible on my skin??
