Legacy North

There has been 3 management companies within 1 year. Each inherited or made the situation worse. Elevators are down multiple months at a time. All contact to the office is done by offshore service center. There is trash piled up in the two trash areas that flow from outside the door to the wall on all 4-5 floors. Got so bad it was there for two weeks and community sent out an email saying they have 50 employees cleaning g up the situation immediately. It sat for another 3-4 days. Now (and... before) there are roaches and gnats everywhere. They put a pest control day on our doors. Never showed up. I called maintenance about pest control issues. No response for almost a month. I gave up on them and bought my own pest control. Almost a month later a random maintenance person tries to enter my apartment with no notice or why. My small dog starts barking at this random stranger and he hurts my dog’s paws closing the door in a hurry. Called and complained. Got their over sea’s contact center and then an apology email a week or so later.

PLEASE do not move here. I know the rent seems so reasonable for the area but there is a reason for it. Read More

I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that these apartments are inexplicably one of the worst apartments I have ever lived. Their apartments are continuously down, when you call customer service ,mind you, they have a central line with people who don't even live here. They state that they will forward your call to the apartment complex. The complex is so embarrassed that they can't even call and justify their stupidity so they send an email. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If your case has ever been assigned to Maribel, RUN!!!

My move-in date is today and I submitted my application last Thursday. During the whole week before my move-in, my application has never been processed. I’ve tried to follow up by emailing Maribel, the PAC team (the new leasing management team), and made countless calls with the team but NO ONE responded and followed up my case. I had to cancel my plan to move (lost my deposit for the movers), and make last-minute... alternative housing arrangements at a higher cost due to the team’s negligence and failure to act.

When I talked to the team’s leader about my experience, she told me that the application system is manual, and they have to process a backlog of applications by humans during this transition period.
