Legacy North

So far I’m loving it! It’s very peaceful, everyone seems nice, and I love seeing the dogs out for walks and people lounging around. I only knocked off a star for two reasons. First, I was supposed to move in next week, but the elevator in my building will be down for the next 10–12 weeks and I was not given any compensation for this change. Had I moved in on my original date, I could have been stuck moving up 3 flights of stairs or paying over $2,000 for movers. My options were to risk it with... the stairs or move in early and pay for an extra week I hadn’t planned for. I do think the early move-in fee (the week early) should have been waived. They did offer to move my unit and price match, but there were no similar units available. Also, I found out this morning while getting ready for work that my dryer isn’t working, which made me late trying to find another way to dry my clothes… and it was freezing outside, so wet clothes definitely weren’t an option and felt horrible on my skin?? Still getting settled in and had a little bit of headaches when moving in, but overall, the community has been great. The amenities are awesome and the location can’t be beat.

Good experience so far. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are well maintained. The maintenance team is approachable and responds promptly whenever something needs attention. One small improvement would be to fix the volleyball nets, which would make the overall experience even better. Overall, a pleasant and well-managed place.

It’s a busy neighborhood which I prefer being from India. Nevertheless like the privacy too. It’s a win win situation. I like the leasing office, gym is superb and the longhorns look so real. It’s festive in shops at legacy circles.
