Nice Apartments, Terrible Internet

The apartments are nice, but you have to use their Internet Service Provider (GigStreem). While it is convenient not having to worry about setting up your internet, the network here is terribly unreliable. I'm on the phone with tech support almost every week dealing with connectivity issues. I decided to finally write a review today because we are currently on our 3rd day of a network outage that no one seems to be able to fix. If you work from home and decide to move here, this will be a... constant struggle.

Union House Apartments is an amazing Community with lots of great amenities the location is convenient to the DFW and surrounding communities. The Office and Maintenance Staff are amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine and she was awesome finding me the perfect place. The Maintenance Staff are very fast and efficient with work orders and the Community is very close to a lot of shopping.
