SageStone Village

I’ve lived here for 4 years, it was great living there. But when I moved out I was charged to replace the carpet. I sent an email asking for more details because there were no holes or tears, it was cleaned when I left. I was also charged $175 to resurface/clean the stovetop? What do you expect when it’s a glass stovetop with daily use? Very disappointed about all of that. Never heard anything back from the property.

I would rate it six stars if I could. I applied in the afternoon. They had me moving in by that evening. For the price, the property and especially the staff has exceeded my expectations by far. Ask for Rachel. She’ll take great care of you!

We are losing our jobs because of the COVID-19 situation and we had to break our lease. Even though we have absolutely no way of paying it, they are demanding FOUR MONTHS OF RENT to break the lease. We basically begged the building manager (Stephanie Wright) to help us in some way. We even offered to pay half, because that's all of our savings. She was rude and tried to make us feel bad for the large company that owns the property because, "we still have bills too.." As a young married person... who is barely getting by, I couldn’t care less about a company that has absolutely no empathy for people in the middle of a worldwide crisis. They have the option to cut costs and lay off people (which is what happened to us). We don't have that option. This experience has completely ruined any positive feeling we had toward SageStone. The greedy management's handling of this situation is unethical. I would recommend steering clear of SageStone. Renting here was a mistake that's going to cost us thousands. Read More

I have lived in several apartment complexes and this is by far the best one yet!! Not only does it have great amentites but the office staff is very informative and super friendly!! I feel very at home here and happen to know the workers by name, it’s great :)

I love Sagestone Village been leaving here since it's been open. Beautiful apartments, awesome pool area, and a wonderful staff.
