I’ve had a good experience living at 95Twenty Apartments. The location is convenient, the 1 bed 1 bath layout is spacious, and the amenities are nice. The management team has been helpful, and maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable time. Overall, it’s a good place to live in North Austin for the price.

Clean/new facilities with updates and cleaning once a year. Community areas are clean and updated. Staff is helpful and maintenence is responsive.

I requested assistance because a neighbor is excessively loud late at night; I did so for months, yet absolutely nothing was ever done. Furthermore, security is poor: cars are stolen, windows are smashed, vehicles are broken into, and storage units are pried open. I like the place. The employees are cool and helpful and capable of a great many things. They're good people and that's the most important.
