I’ve lived at Folio Apartments for six years, and overall it’s been a great place to call home. The location is fantastic, the apartments are spacious, and the community is beautiful. I’d especially like to recognize Starr Brown, the Resident Manager, who has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. She made my recent lease renewal so much easier. There are a few areas that could improve, like more consistent cleaning of the common areas and resolving... ongoing pest issues, but overall I’ve had a positive experience and I’m happy to renew my lease.

My experience has been neutral as I have enjoyed my living space. I have not enjoyed the constant missing packages and attempts to break into my truck. The security gate does not do what it is intended and gives a false sense of security
