Apartment is great. Appliances could be updated. We’ve had some pests but minimal. Very diverse community. Parking is no issue. Gate access can be a hassle when delivery drivers and friends visit - residents should be on top of giving guest codes out.

This is really good place to live. It's been 2 year I'm here and I feel safe. This has very good aminities like Gym, Pool and Yoga classes (twice a week )

We recently moved to folio and it has been great! Nice quiet neighborhood (apart from the sirens from the nearby firehouse). Beautiful renovated apartments! The only reason it’s not five stars is because when we moved in some appliances like dish washer and fridge needed small repairs, maintenance is very efficient with handling requests. The only true downside is the parking, the spots are very small and are bit of a tight squeeze to get in and out, so if you do not want to pay for a covered... spot or rent a garage, you will have a tough time parking. I’ve had to park further away from my building in order to leave and enter comfortably. If management sees this please find a solution to non reserved parking spaces, I.e compact car or suv sized vehicle only parking. Thank you!

The gate needs to be upgraded.
