It’s a good, quiet, peaceful community. Close to domain and other super markets. I enjoy the yoga classes offered within the community. The pools can be cleaner.

I’ve lived in this community for about six years and have generally enjoyed it, especially for its convenient location near my work and the Domain.
However, over time I’ve noticed a decline in quality and amenities. Features that once contributed to a “luxury” feel have been removed or no longer maintained. For example, the ice machine no longer works, the coffee station often lacks cups, the pool table now requires reservations, and the printer has been removed entirely.
Cleanliness is... also an issue—hallways and stairwells are consistently dirty and don’t appear to be regularly cleaned.
While prices remain high, the overall value has decreased. Compared to newer communities in the area, this property no longer feels like the luxury apartments it once aimed to be.

I moved here nine years ago from Los Angeles and I’m still living here because I’m very happy where I am. I’m satisfied with everything and I’m telling my friends in California if they want to move to Austin, they should move here in Folio.

Overall ok , still the apartment service requests have to be more quick. Kitchen appliances like dishwasher has to be changed and for more security you should do number locks .
