I've lived here with my husband for almost 4 years now. This apartments was our first home with just each other and its been a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is amazing. The leasing team is so sweet and understanding. The fact that the leasing office tries to hold little pop up and events every now and then is so awesome. Abelia Flats is a great place to live.

So far so go. Staff is very courteous and does everything they can to help you get in. There was a mistake on the Lease that they quickly found in an internal audit and corrected right away, keeping me updated the whole time. There was a maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. This is a great place.
