It’s so clean and alot of upgrades within the apartment facility. This facility is very good and needs more upgrade for the gym. The new gym will give rise to a new experience which will be overwhelming

We love The Mont!!! The view sold us, but the upkeep here is what makes us stay. And the community events the office will host are wonderful!!! They take good care of us here.

The Mont apartments are located in a great location. The property is well maintained. Love my unit floor plan. It is hard to get a hold of someone in the office when calling. Expect to leave a voicemail. Email replies are also lacking. Office staff could use some work on better communication with its residents.

Hi. This is several occasions over the last few weeks ranging from all hours of the day or night. I’m reaching out to escalate this issue again took a night role to offset the noise got off @ 9 woke up rn due to uncontrollable dog barking. This has caused me to miss test, appointments and work. I will be bed ridden for an upcoming surgery and wish to not do it here. Please escalate to appropriate parties for move out options. I do not wish to deal with this any longer. I’m prepared to break... lease
