I have lived in this apartment complex for almost a year and a half, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

First and foremost, the front office is incredibly unresponsive. They rarely answer phone calls and do not respond to emails, so if you need anything resolved, you have to go in person. Safety has also been a concern here, with multiple shootings and even a reported death at the complex. The atmosphere feels unsettling at times, with a high turnover of individuals coming in and out.

As for the amenities, they are largely non-functional. The gym has been closed since I moved in, and the laundry facilities often don’t work. Unfortunately, I've also noticed signs of homelessness in the area, which adds to the overall feeling of neglect. Additionally, there is a significant pest problem, with roaches and bugs being a persistent issue, regardless of how clean you keep your living space.

Overall, my experience here has been very disappointing. I will not be renewing my lease, as I have never lived in a place quite like this. It feels like a waste of money and time, especially being trapped in a contract with little to no support for resolving any of my issues.

The only positive experience I can highlight has been with Helena, who is exceptionally kind and helpful, and demonstrates strong customer service skills.

Let me paint the picture:
On the day I was supposed to move in, I got a message just TWO HOURS before my scheduled arrival telling me my apartment wasn’t ready. No advance notice. No explanation. Just a last-minute bombshell that left me homeless and scrambling. And that was only the beginning.

Fast forward—I finally move in, and guess what’s waiting for me? RATS. Not one, not two, but an... active infestation of rats inside my apartment. I’m talking daily droppings, a constant stench of rat urine, and scratching in the walls. I’ve had to clean repeatedly, but the smell never leaves. It’s like something died in the walls.

And speaking of dying—my pet hamster did. He couldn’t survive the toxic environment in this apartment. That’s how bad it is.

I’ve begged for help. I’ve submitted requests. I’ve sent emails. They’ve done NOTHING. One maintenance worker showed up, claimed the key didn’t work (even though the door was literally unlocked), left a note, and disappeared. That’s the extent of their “effort.”

The management team is full of liars who do not care about your health, safety, or dignity. Once they have your rent money, you’re on your own. No support. No accountability. Just rot, rats, and radio silence.

If you have any self-respect, stay FAR AWAY from this place. It is a disgusting, dangerous, and traumatizing experience. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

When I reserved a rental property here and paid the deposit, they very quietly rented that renovated property to someone else and I only found out about it when I showed up. The unit I got had single pane windows (which let in so much sound and heat), leaky bathroom sink, leaky bathroom tub faucet, leaking air conditioner unit, floors that were coming apart, inconvenient and floor to ceiling sliding windows in the bedroom, etc. The worst part were the needles and theft. I know neighbors who... do not park in the lot anymore due to vandalism. Not even picking up there phone I called to inquire about the apartments and they purposely hang up lol and the prices and not accurate misleading save yourself the trouble they need a new management

The 3 bedrm apts I looked at here are GIGANTIC and really good deal for the zip code. Property condition isn't perfect but pool and gym are nice and staff really friendly
