Awesome all around!

I recently had a positive experience when looking into the Cortland Bluff Springs. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Lena. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming, like I was home! The property itself looked very clean and well maintained. Customer service like that really stands out these days. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking in the area. Overall it left a great impression!... Thank you again, Lena!

This place is cool, it’s about the best you can ask for when regarding Austin apartments. The front desk can be absolutely ridiculous though. They’ll tell you one thing, then next day it’s something else.

If they say they saved the documents to your resident account, do not believe them because they will ask for the same document in a month or so. Keep like 3 copies of everything.
