Very clean, appealing, and helpful staff!

By far the best apartment I looked at in the area. The views are gorgeous, quiet and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Tea was especially helpful with my move in process!

Love it here

Really enjoying my time at Paseo. Pool is always clean and maintenance is quick. Highly recommended.

Vino the best Maintenance in Cortland

I had an emergency last weekend in he was here in less than 10 minutes. And is not just that every morning that comes to work he be smiling to all residents and help them out as well.

Great community

Maintenance and office staff has been absolutely amazing very responsive and help out in any ways they can I have been living here for only a short amount of time but for the little time I've been here I am loving it.
