Serious accessibility issues
Unfortunate.
I have lived at this building for a year and a half, and for the most part my experience has been positive. However, there are serious issues regarding building access, safety, and support that seem to plague the property. Most importantly, their keyless / app based system for entering the building and units is flawed, frequently leaving my visitors unable to access the building; further, support for the app is horribly lacking… I was just asked to give the company 48 hours to... resolve an issue with building access. Would you want yourself or a visitor to wait two days to be allowed into the building you’re paying rent for?
As far as property level support goes, I have tried five times (during open hours) over the past two days to get in touch with a real human, and only get voicemail.
All of this would be only an inconvenience if the company would allow you more than one fob per unit; however, even though I rent a two bedroom unit, I am only issued one fob because I am the only person living here. So, you can do everything right with this company and still not be able to get into your apartment. Feel safe? Feel like this is money well spent? My advice would be to look somewhere where you have an actual physical key, are allowed more than one key, and where you can get someone to answer the phone during normal business hours.
