It's quite good. Love my apartment. Sometimes there are scary tree roaches that get in. Front office people are very nice and things get fixed pretty quickly. There are some little construction issues like nails that stick out or weird drawers but nothing awful.

The community is great and the apartments are well maintained.
Good luck having UPS/USPS/FEDEX actually deliver any mail or packages to you without filing a claim.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and overall a great living experience! The homes are nice, the leasing staff is attentive and consistent, maintenance is responsive, and have had no issues!
