Ventana Plum Creek

Overall I enjoy living here which has been since 2019. I plan on continuing to live here. My apartment meets my needs and has enough space. I really like the dog friendly atmosphere. My big concern is the rent cost. I find it somewhat expensive and excessive. The amenities go up every year and when you’re watching your expenses can add up quickly. But the overall experience is positive.

I love my apartment! It’s just the right size for my husband and I. We have been here for 2 years and have enjoyed it here. I can’t say enough things about the staff. They are helpful in every way. Always willing to help with a cheerful heart.

We have been living at Ventana for about 5 years now. Overall it's been a positive experience.
The location is convenient, close to nearby places like shops, doctors and restaurants.
Maintenance is [responsive and common areas are clean.
Amenities like the gym and pool are always clean , open and comfortable.

Love how it feels so homey here. The office staff are always willing to listen and offer help when you have a question. It is a small community quiet here. The view of the golf course is amazing.

This year it's worse, the bottom of the pool is very dirty and there are ants all around the edge. The gate for cars is always broken and open. Neighbours leave their rubbish outside the bins and on days when it isn't collected.
The air conditioning in the gym is also broken most of the time.
The room where parcels are collected always has problems...
