Dirty halls and more… The building hallways are extremely dirty and smelly due to poor garbage collection and residents disposing of liquids in trash bags. Oakville doesn't sending anyone to clean even after formal complaints via email. Next point, They decided to start fixing the pool at the beginning of summer with no scheduled completion date. Hey, we're in Texas!

Great place to live and work remote. When I moved here I selected this place over all the others due to the proximity to work for when I have to go onsite. I ignored all the reviews whether good or bad, and because I only cared about proximity. My thinking was, if I don't like it, I will move somechere else. When I got here I was amazed, because it was waaaay better than what I expected. The apartments are really nice, the place is clean and quiet. I love that the gym is open 24 hours. I love... that when you open a ticket for any issue, they come and fix it quickly.

Good place to call home

Oakville is really nice. The maintenance is quick and dog park is HUGE. I was able to get a unit with a garage, which is a huge perk. Also one of the few places I could find electric charging stations!

RENTER BEWARE

This new property manager has single handedly ruined our community. Consistent parking lot break-ins, mold in every single vent of our apartment, animal excrement everywhere, consistent late night parking lot gatherings, loud building parties, and the manager never listens to community feedback. If you are looking at moving here, don't. Spend your money elsewhere.
