Oakville is really nice. The maintenance is quick and dog park is HUGE. I was able to get a unit with a garage, which is a huge perk. Also one of the few places I could find electric charging stations!

This new property manager has single handedly ruined our community. Consistent parking lot break-ins, mold in every single vent of our apartment, animal excrement everywhere, consistent late night parking lot gatherings, loud building parties, and the manager never listens to community feedback. If you are looking at moving here, don't. Spend your money elsewhere.

Building often smells strongly like pot. Back gate is consistently left open, which raises safety concerns by allowing easy access to anyone. Property is poorly maintained, trash scattered throughout the ground, and workout equipment is old and broken. Overall, the complex is not being properly managed or maintained.

Don't be fooled by the decent reviews for this complex. The leasing agents are super nice but If you choose to live here, you will be greeted with incompetent and negligent management. Multiple units are infested with roaches and there are loud noises and parties every night, all night. Maintenance will be rude to you if you place any work orders. They also rarely empty the trash compactor and the scent will spread all the way across to the complex. This place is a dirty mess, and a horrible... leasing experience. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The first 1.5 years here were really good. When the management changed, it is obscene how horrible they treat residents. They treat people like they don't matter at all. Customer service is nil. The property management office LIES, LIES to your face, never returns calls or emails. We have had issues with every appliance, the AC, the Heater, the water pressure, the windows, the ceiling fans. They take an exorbitant amount of time to fix anything and get very frustrated if you call to check the... status of simple repairs. The garage (that we paid extra for) door broke and it took months to repair.
