Problem unresolved Pest control was supposed to come to check on my unit but management stated they did not show up that day. They stated I would have to wait until the following week. Management did not provide any solutions which is disheartening especially since I'm charged monthly for pest control but cannot use it when needed. I have sent out an email asking for follow up but have yet to receive any guidance. Also the maintenance request was closed out even though the issue was not... resolved. Management told me to resubmit the request but why should the responsibility fall on me when it is not my fault the request was closed out prematurely.

Something was actually done! Quick fix for the AC and it cools much faster now. Still takes hours to reach a cool temperature sometimes if it’s especially hot but it’s a large improvement over the previous situation. In the past I’ve had issues with maintenance requests being marked “resolved” immediately after being marked “in progress” and no work was actually performed. I can tell the difference this time so I appreciate the work.

Terrible living environment

This place sucks, don’t move here. They don’t care for the health and safety of their tenants or the pets that live there. I was without AC for seven days, my unit reached 87 degrees while the highs outside were 95 degrees. Emergency maintenance was unresponsive and they are not honoring the $200 credit for the inconvenience that they initially offered. 0/10 would not recommend. There are so many other places to live that offer way better amenities and customer service.
