Don’t rent in these apartments

Please don’t rent in this apartment. There are lot cockroaches and rats in the apartment as well as other major problem is you will see your car windows broken so make sure before you rent there.

Hello – Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience at our community has not met your expectations. We actually have a pest control company visit our community on a regular basis... for preventative treatments, and to treat individual homes as needed. We are unaware of any issues like yours and have not received any notice from residents informing us of these or asking to be treated. Please reach out so we can address your concerns. Additionally, not only have we not had any recent concerns regarding car break ins, but we send community-wide reminders to ensure residents are being mindful and safe. Please feel free to stop by the office at your earliest convenience so we can talk through any concerns you are experiencing and have a better understanding of why we have no record of this pest control situation in our records.
