Very happy about my decision to move here. I'm in a two bedroom that was renovated prior to me moving in. Very cute apartment and my neighbors are amazing. Katie and Kelvin are awesome! They really take care of you. THanks for all you do!

I will be honest, I was looking for something a little newer but the apartments are still nice. I absolutely needed a two bedroom because I work from home but with the prices in Austin, there was no way I was going to find one within my budget. I happened to stumble across the Robinson and I'm so happy I did. I have a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. It's perfect for my work space and also great if I ever have company since I have the extra bathroom. One thing I enjoy most about this community is the... sense of community. Most of my neighbors have lived her 5 plus years. They all know each other and everyone is really nice. The office and maintenance team are very attentive and easy to work with. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to live here.

I moved to The Robinson about 5 months ago. I really love the feel of this property. I'm in one of the fourplexes. My apartment is super cute. So much natural light which I love. The staff here is the best I've ever experienced and I've lived at several apartment communities. Only downside is they don't have a pool or a gym for those of you looking for that kind of stuff. Overall I give this property 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I lived at Melrose Place for 4 years and LOVED it. Now called The Robinson on Melrose is set up like a little neighborhood type community instead of an apartment "complex" and the whole community really has that friendly neighborhood vibe. I loved the 2 bedroom lay-out. The master bedroom is HUGE! There are giant windows in the living room and large windows in the bedrooms. I loved the natural light and green views. The location can't be beat. Tons of neighborhood streets to walk/run with the... dog, HEB with-in walking distance, just a few minutes to 183 or Mopac. Katy in the office was fabulous to work with and made me feel right at home from the second I moved in. Maintenance was always super responsive. By far, one of my best apartment experiences!
