Never thought I would feel safe in an apartment. Wrong! I feel totally safe at Vantage at Fair Oaks. I also appreciate the community feeling of my building. I have created relationships with office personnel and always feel welcomed.

Our move in was great especially with the assistance of the management team. James was especially helpful and welcoming since we haven’t lived in an apartment for years. We look forward to enjoying our residence at Vantage at Fair Oaks.

The location and ambience can't be beat, rural setting quiet and peaceful. lots of big oak trees and wildlife. It also has all the amenities you could want and the staff and maintenance are great. The other tenants are friendly good people, even the children are good kids. My only beef is too many add-on fees.

The staff as been very helpful. Even when I asked for help installing a new light in my apartment, it was done quickly and efficiently. The grounds are always kept up and looking good as well!
