Grilling is only allowed on the patio area, and guests are responsible for any locksmith or re-key costs if keys are lost or codes forgotten. Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower and avoid flushing inappropriate items down the toilet to prevent damage to the septic system. Parking is only permitted on the concrete driveway, and guests are asked to lock doors and windows upon departure.
