You'll be just a few steps from the beach, with shops, a grocery store, and restaurants a short drive south in Crystal Beach. Getting around is easiest by car, but the beach is easily walkable.
Mosquitoes can be prevalent, so bringing bug spray is recommended. Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower or hoses after visiting the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected down the toilet to protect the septic system, and do not pour grease down the drains. Grilling is permitted only on the patio area downstairs, not on the deck, as per Galveston County ordinance. Please clean the grill after use. Parking is restricted to the concrete driveway only. If anything is accidentally broken, please report it immediately. Guests are responsible for locksmith/re-key costs if a key is lost or the code is forgotten. Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property. No parties or events are permitted. Do not engage in any illegal activities or leave food out that may attract pests. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please stay off the dunes and do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Maximum occupancy is 10 people; any additional people must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Swimming at the beach is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty.
