Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. Guests must be 25 years or older to book and are responsible for all members of their party. Exterior security cameras may be present in community areas for safety. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or anywhere on the property. There is no grill at this property. Please turn off the electric fireplace when leaving the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin located at the dumpster in the community complex. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed. Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the booking agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property. If the guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the booking agent and homeowner. An event fee will be added. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or booking agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the guest in case of an emergency. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. [SI]
