People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is located adjacent to an unfenced dropoff near the river, so exercise caution when outdoors, especially near the edge, and supervise children and pets at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, so please do not disturb the neighbors with loud music or parties. Parties are prohibited. Guests will be fined a $400 fee if pets are found at the property or pet feces. Place all trash inside the trash can and ensure trash is bagged, or a $50 fee will be assessed.
