No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, and violations are subject to a $100 fine and immediate eviction. No smoking is allowed, and violations are subject to a $200 fine confirmed by the use of an ozone machine. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, or pet waste. There are no parties or events allowed, and violations will result in immediate eviction. The maximum is 6 guests. A $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11 am and $40/hour thereafter.
