This is a shared lot with the front home being separate, but there is shared back patio space. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, and violations are subject to a $100 fine and immediate eviction. No smoking is allowed, and violations are subject to a $200 fine confirmed by the use of an ozone machine. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, or pet waste. There are no parties or events allowed, and violations will result in immediate eviction. The maximum is 6 guests. A $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11 am and $40/hour thereafter. Pest control is routinely carried out in all units, but due to the coastal location and high humidity, there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests.
