For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking. Bringing pets? There's a $30/day per pet fee. Ensure all pets are added to your reservation. The fee for a second pet will be collected separately. All pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home unless in fenced in back yard. All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. Streaming services are bring your own login. Starter supplies provided include trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
