Regency park apartments has “plumbing issues” on a monthly basis and in return we get utility up charge fees and a message stating “thank you for your understanding in this matter” me for one I don’t understand why it’s a monthly Occurrence.

They don’t follow up if you don’t stay on top of them. Everytime you ask about it it’s always an excuse instead of taking accountability and getting the job done asap
