Regency Park

I've had a great experience during my first six months at Regency Park Apartments. The unit itself is exactly what I was looking for, but the staff is what really makes it a great place to live. Anytime I've had an issue, maintenance has been there to resolve it fast. The management team is also very proactive and reaches out often, which I really appreciate. I'm definitely planning on renewing my lease when the time comes.

POOR. Worst property management ever. I’ve lived in many different apartments and have never experienced a a lack in professional so bad in my life.

The experience with setting up a tour was great. Your was great and the process to sign my lease was easy. There were mistakes on the lease but they had corrected them in a timely manner and everything was great. The unit was clean but a few items are still left to fix with the unit but they do not cause any issues with living in the unit. I am satisfied with the apartment and the community.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The amenities are fantastic, especially the dog park, pool, and gym. The staff is always friendly and helpful—Cortney, Brittney, and Joel have all been wonderful. The community events are fun and really help create a welcoming sense of community. Highly recommend!

I have been in the property for 4 years so far I feel at ease sorry that I do not have a 3-bedroom apartment this problem will make me move later. I am not very good for any concerns that I do not like or I will immediately communicate this evil.
