SoDo - Houston North Tower

Kaayla was a pleasure to work with. The one bedroom only having a shower was a deal breaker. She showed me the studio with the garden tub and an amazing view! I was hesitant to apply but once I did the process began moving fast. Kaayla turned in my completed folder to her manager and let me know she would be gone but would leave notes for her coworker. Thursday evening I got my approval call and was super excited. Her coworker was rushing as she had another appointment when I arrived. My keys... weren’t available. But she let the concierge open my apartment so I can go in. He was sooo nice. I forgot his name but I did take a picture with him helping me. He also showed me how I can use the service elevator to bring up items which was super helpful. I JUST figured out where to put my trash I didn’t know there was a trash shoot. I have really enjoyed living here; however, the pool is rarely maintained and the women's bathroom is frequently out of order. Location is really good. But neighborhood is not safe.

I have been residing at SoDo on Main, South Tower and, overall, my experience has been positive. The concierge team is consistently courteous and professional, and the views from the property are truly impressive. Maintenance requests are addressed efficiently, which reflects well on the management. While the environment can occasionally be somewhat noisy, it remains generally comfortable. Been here for over a year and I must say I wouldn’t leave this place!!! The amenities are amazing and I love that they are pet friendly to all breeds as long as they are not aggressive. Very supportive and you definitely get your rents worth here. I wouldn’t past it up. Oh and the rent is affordable. For this area very good pricing
