My girlfriend and I have lived here for 1.5 years. Absolute blessing. From how nice our unit is, management to the property itself, everything is always kept up to perfection. If we weren’t moving to a new city, this would be home indefinitely. (The duck family we’ve had the past 1.5 years also adds a nice touch)

The grounds are always clean valet trash is done every night and the community events are always so fun ! The office and maintenance staff are great and on top of any questions or work orders placed ! Emely was so friendly we signed same day !

Our experience was absolutely amazing. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures (if not better!). The location is perfect—close to everything and very peaceful. Emely was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help. Highly recommended!

The people in the leasing office are so kind. I’ve been here a couple of months and it’s so nice and quiet. No complaints. Dog friendly!

This apartment condominium offers an incomparable quality of life. The facilities are modern, well maintained and safe, with clean and functional common areas that make every day comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere is quiet and familiar, the maintenance and administration staff always responds effectively, and the location is ideal, close to services, transport and recreational areas. In addition, the community is respectful and welcoming, which creates a harmonious and safe environment... for all residents. Without a doubt, a place that feels like home from day one
