Happy resident

I moved in at the end of December 2025 and I am so happy with my apartment! Raul, the manager, helped me find an apartment that feels like home that's quiet and comfortable. Bedroom size is big with and an even bigger closet. Plan to stay living here for sometime.

Bad customer service

New manager is very rude with the residents. I came to the office to speak with her and she careless about residents issues. Same day I gave my notice to vacate. Not renewing my lease. Do not recommend this apartments.

Do not move here

Trust me. ROACHES and smell of weed everywhere
And noisy the management doesn’t care… rude staff

Wouldn’t Recommend

I wouldn’t recommend living at the property. Cars broken into all time and gates normally broken. The walls are thin you can hear everything in units around you. Not a lot of area to walk animals, little areas that are provided other tenants with larger animals don’t pick up after them at all.

Not worth it

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything from upstairs neighbor. Hallways are dirty and tenants are inconsiderate and rude. Parking is a mess, visitors get towed for parking in non visitor parking spots when visitor parking spots are taken by residents and management wont do anything about. Its a mess, save yourself the headache
