This is a gated complex. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during their stay and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Exterior security cameras record people coming in and out of the listing for safety. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and may be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card matching their ID, pass through a verification portal, and potentially complete a criminal background check for stays of 28 days or longer. By booking, you give permission to verify your identity and check criminal databases. All guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement. There is a zero-tolerance policy for weapons and drugs; police will be called for violations, and the contract will be terminated immediately. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on the guest list. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. There is a $50 fee for checking out 30 minutes past the listed checkout time, and a full night's rate will be charged for being late by 2 hours or more.
