The Griffin Apartments

Move in was a disaster I moved into a unit that was not ready on the day I signed my lease. It’s been two days since I moved in my apartment doesn’t even have a fridge, A/C is malfunctioning, the sink in the kitchen starts to flood if you run the water for more than 30 seconds

Very helpful staff They try their best to help you with your application. Cristina is very kind and respectful. She provides excellent customer service. The manager Victoria listens to you and try her best to solve any administrative issues.
The apartments are old and need some maintenance. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner to our requests.
The place is peaceful and pet friendly.
Very good location.

I want to live here! Ms. Cristina from the leasing office made my day. I had just had a terrible experience with another apartment complex and Ms. Cristina was awesome, charismatic and knowledgeable. The floorplan she showed us was beautiful and I loved everything about it.

Chaos When I selected the unit that I moved into from a list of avaiable units, one would think it would be ready, and everything working when especially put as an avaible unit for leasing/renting, now I know that things break, even when they've already done a once over, but on my move in day, the maintnence team was still cleaning/working on the unit, and I get told by the head of maintnence that my central air conditioning and heating is so old and broken down it had to be replaced, so they... supplied window units, and was told two weeks would be all that i would need to wait, its been 5 weeks since i've been told that, day one no hot water (that got fixed asap so thank you) but in my 2nd week i put in a request to have the fridge fixed, they came out a week later and they must of cleaned the coils or something, but it still isnt reaching food safe temps, put a second ticket in, and that got closed out without them even visiting the unit to look at it, now i'm on my third ticket to get it fixed, now mind you its still blowing out bug parts into the fridge, its a nice community, friendly staff, but hard to reconmend anyone to move here or sign a lease on a unit if its going to take this long to get things fixed/replaced to allow for a comfortable living experience, and this only a few of the issues i've had with the property Read More

Quick tour Thank you to the staff that gave me a tour as a walk in. I wish i remembered her name but she was so sweet and honest. I chose a different location closer to work but I was happy with what I saw at the Griffin. In my price range, new owners are cleaning up the area and apartment. The staff is very welcoming and had patience. Thank you all
