The DART train station is directly next to the building and will cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee. No smoking, vaping, marijuana, burning candles, incense, or any open flames are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. No parties or events are allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. An extra fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any not declared on your reservation. A $75 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time.
