Arpeggio Apartments

I've lived at Arpeggio for a while. My experience has been a mixed bag. There are definitely some pros: the location is great, garage parking is ample, and the staff is nice. They also host some fun resident events, and depending on the concessions you manage to snag, the price can be fairly affordable.

However, the cons are hard to ignore. The maintenance team seems pretty lazy, often leaving things unfinished or taking too long to address issues. The building isn’t as secure as it appears... either, which is concerning.

But the biggest issue by far is the irresponsible pet ownership here. Dog owners frequently don’t pick up after their pets. It’s common to see dogs running around off-leash. Worst of all is the constant barking—at all hours of the day and night. Whether it's in the halls or the dog park, which is inconveniently located right outside people's windows, the excessive barking is out of control. The noise echoes throughout the halls and you can hear it loudly in your apartment.

This isn’t an occasional problem; it’s an ongoing issue that makes living here unbearable at times. Especially when it ruins your sleep. Arpeggio was one of the first apartments to catch my eye when I was looking and man, i took an in-person tour and never looked back! Living here has been an absolute dream and the maintenance and leasing office staff are fast, friendly and all around amazing. Krysti in the leasing office is literally THE BEST. Arpeggio is the best kept secret in Dallas imo

It has been amazing living here so far. The maintenance team is amazing and very fast at providing service after a request is submitted. The location is very walkable to so many restaurants, workout places, bars and other attractions! I’ve never once felt unsafe while living here and feel like the property is very well maintained. I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Especially if you like the convenience of being next to the American Airlines Center!!

Horrible management!! Horrible communication and a lack of professionalism. I will be homeless due to their negligence. I have paid a deposit and signed paperwork and they still keep giving my apartment away.

Great space, comfortable living in a great location that puts you in the heart of Dallas innovation surrounding my multiple amenities within walking distance.
