Just moved in and it has been good so far. The staff seem pleasant and the building is clean. There are homeless people around as the station is right below but no problems so far.

Good location, it is near work so that is convenient. Amenities are always clean. The dart station is right outside the main entrance so transportation is convenient . The only issue might be safety outside the building but that’s pretty much all downtown.
